Funny Story
In my first three weeks at the CLA Career Center, I found what I believed to be an injured pet bird outside Boynton. It rode on my finger all the way to Johnston Hall just like Snow White. I brought the bird inside the building and into the career center. As my new coworkers gathered around me, I explained how the pet bird was hurt and could not fly – just as I had spoken the bird took flight off my hand, into the office, and remained on the loose until we were able to recapture it.
