Undergraduate Students

Career & Internship Services serves roughly 3000 undergraduate students in over 25 different areas of study in the College of Continuing & Professional Studies, College of Design, and the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences. These students are notable for their leadership skills, internship experience and excellent academic preparation:

  • The majors within these colleges are applied – students learn skills that apply directly to jobs in your industry
  • The vast majority of our students have participated in at least one internship during their time at the University, gaining excellent skills for their first job
  • There are over 45 student organizations related to the majors in our colleges, allowing the students to gain extensive leadership experience while on campus

Graduate Students

Career & Internship Services also serves Masters and PhD students in our partner colleges. Approximately 50% of these students plan to go into non-academic careers. That means they're hoping to work for you! Our office is committed to helping you meet your staffing needs for graduate-level professionals and to helping our 1,200 graduate students prepare for success in their fields.
