About the Fair
Connect with organizations for full-time opportunities and internships. At the fair, you'll be able to explore opportunities, engage with employers, and make an impression that can help you to stand out in the job or internship application process. While you're there, get a free professional headshot* in Room 110 during the career fair!
Prepare a resume, have an elevator pitch, and dress in a way that is authentic to you. Registration suggested, drop-ins welcome.
Fields represented: Agriculture, Animal Science, Banking/Finance, Communication, Food Industry, Marketing, and Sales.

Come for the free Chick-fil-A for lunch and stay for an amazing employer panel featuring Cargill, Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, General Mills, and the UMN Veterinary Diagnostic Lab right before the Ag, Food, Business Career Fair! This panel will cover advice on getting internships, navigating a career fair, and entering the ag industry. Wednesday, September 17 from 12-12:50pm in the Minnesota Commons Room (first floor), St. Paul Student Center.
Preparing a Strong Vet School Application
Receive tips and strategies for preparing a strong vet school application directly from Admissions staff at the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. You will also get a chance to learn about their DVM program. Wednesday, September 17 from 5-5:30pm in the Cherrywood Room (2nd floor) in the St. Paul Student Center.

We’ll be presenting a company overview as well as information on internships and full-time positions. Thursday, September 18 from 5:30-6:30pm in the Andrew Boss Laboratory and Meat Science Room 125.
UMN Veterinary Diagnostic Lab Tour
Tour the Veterinary Diagnostic Lab (VDL) on the St. Paul campus. Learn how the VDL safeguards animal and public health as the only full-service animal health diagnostic lab in Minnesota. Friday, September 19 from 11-11:45am at the VDL. Jimmy Johns will be provided as a grab and go lunch. Limited to 30 students, so sign up today!
