Built Environment Career Fair

The Career Fair attracts students from the upper Midwest region schools of Construction Management, including Minnesota State University Mankato, Minnesota State University Moorhead, Dunwoody Institute of Technology, University of Wisconsin Stout, Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa, South Dakota State University, North Dakota State University, St. Cloud State University, University of Wisconsin Platteville, and, of course, the University of Minnesota. 

You can expect to meet students from these participating schools in the areas of: Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture.

Registration Information

Registration Deadline: September 25, 2026
No refunds after September 4, 2026

Early Bird Registration Fees: (Ends August 15, 2026; add $50 for registration after August 15)

• Private Industry: $500/table
• Government: $300/table
• Nonprofit/Association: $200/table

The registration fee includes: a 6-foot x 30" rectangular table with two chairs, parking, and lunch for up to two representatives. If you plan to send more than two representatives the cost is $75 for each additional person.

Employers are asked to bring their own tablecloth or skirting, and table signage. Floor signage may be used if it is not oversized and will not impact traffic flow.

Gold Level $2,000​

Includes registration fee (6-foot table) and Gold Level Sponsorship. Booth located in sponsorship aisle of the Career Fair, company logo in the Employer Profile book, Company logo on Handshake, posters, reminder emails + Candidate Prep Materials. Sponsors will be invited to participate in our Career Fair Prep Session on October 1.

Silver Level: $1,500

Includes registration fee (6-foot table) and Silver Level Sponsorship. Booth located in sponsorship aisle of the Career Fair, company logo in the Employer Profile book, Company logo on Handshake, posters and reminder emails to students.

After your registration is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with an invoice and information about the career fair schedule, directions and parking. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
